Pre-Orders
We encourage pre-orders from our website menu for Chevy Chase. We recommend placing pre-orders to keep the in-store process moving quickly and efficiently! Please note that due to state regulations, we cannot process transactions at or after close. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before closing to purchase.

Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid government-issued photo ID. Valid IDs include a driver’s license, state ID card, passport/passport card, military ID, tribal card.
Do I have to be a Maryland resident to purchase adult-use cannabis?
No, we welcome anyone 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID!
Where will I be able to purchase adult-use cannabis?
You can make Adult-Use cannabis purchases at any dispensary in Maryland, including at our Chevy Chase location, and our sister locations in Frederick and Rockville.
Do I need to pay taxes on adult-use cannabis?
Adult-use sales will include a 9% Maryland state tax.
What can adult-use cannabis customers purchase in Maryland?
Adult consumers may purchase the following:
- Cannabis vaporizing devices of any product weight (e.g., vapes)
- Concentrated cannabis products with a total weight of 1 gram or less
- Infused pre-rolls of any product weight
- Infused non-edible cannabis products
- Home cultivation products
- Usable cannabis products (e.g., flower, pre-rolls)
- Edible cannabis products, capsules, and tinctures containing up to 10mg TGC per serving, or 100mg of THC per package
How much adult-use cannabis can I purchase?
Adults 21 years and older will be able to possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, up to 12 grams of concentrated cannabis; or a total amount of cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg of THC. This is known as the “personal use amount.”
